I was in the hospital for 9 days. Major overhaul on my meds. They said to go back if I had any problems this weekend. My thoughts have been racing constantly. They are severe and I feel like pulling my hair out. Any ideas on how to stop them? my pdoc said if they get any worse to go back to the hospital right away. Seems like a stupid reason to go back.
