Depends on your disorder too, I’ve found (assuming you mean one of the mental illness forums?). If you have more than one, maybe posting in a forum for the other would help? For example, I have found the bipolar forum here is very active, but the eating disorder forum is not, and I deal with both, along with panic/anxiety. I use another forum for the ED stuff though sadly it has become less active these last few years.
