I do think that they also use special filters/editing a lot of the time to really make the colours 'pop', as I've tried photographing sunsets and the colours are not as vivid as what my eye can see. But maybe that was my phone camera, and my new camera would be better, idk?

Th colors are highly variable between brands...imo canon has the best color but Nikon is sharper....but yeah I think a lot of people use what polarized filters too.
