Oh firefly, I wish you weren't having to go through this. I am concerned about the offer, even though I think it's worth asking. Isn't she the one who took on more supervisory duties at one point and was often running late or missing your sessions? It may be that even with more money, she isn't able to figure out how to do both kinds of jobs--so I would just prepare myself for that. But still do ask. Maybe if you are her only private client, she can carve some time out. This is so hard and painful. I am so sorry.
