I've ruptured a disc before and have had other times of bulging discs. Which explains my sciatic nerve pain when I do get that.

I hear you about the chiropractor, I'm not a fan. The last time I had trouble my neurologist had prescribed prednisone. It's funny how back trouble displays during an ms check up...I fail the needle test when I have a disc out. :\
