I don’t think it’s weird. No therapist has given me a transitional object.
I find it strange that you’re (the OP) apparently the first client to ask for a TO in ? 17 years
If a therapist said that to me, I’d find it hard to believe it ...
My therapists ... big walls, big boundaries, not particularly helpful (to me)
