one of the worst things you can do is constantly tell yourself its a phase. if it is, then it is. but if it isnt, then telling yourself that it is will only lead to self-hate. its not weird, and its not abnormal. there are many other people who feel just the way you do. the reason you think its weird, is because society keeps these people hidding under the carpet. theyre not "normal" so theyre not accepted. i bet, if you searched, you could find forums like this one with people who are going through the same things you are. just dont discount yourself for feeling that way. be open to new things and try not to hate yourself for feeling that way. i hope you figure out what you are or arent.
