I've been reigning in my FB addiction. But I'm almost afraid to say anything about it because that's usually when I get back into it. Perhaps I won't this time. I'm getting distracted with other things, which is good. I check it once or twice a day now with the exception of a few days a week where I let myself indulge more thoroughly. It works for now.
