I had a Dell that they eventually had to replace but they were impossible to deal with, and would not even listen to their own technician that they sent to my house, only after protracted sessions on the phone. I was hung up on a few times and these were people who were in Texas before they outsourced to India. I found it ironic when i read that Dell was sending those jobs overseas. I would NEVER buy a Dell again.
