I'm all for punishing metal abusers, but I'm trying to point out that something too extreme is just not going to fly in reality. That's why I mentioned a utopia, because something of that level reminds me of a book I read about a utopia and in it they were very extreme towards crime.
You're portraying a black view on current crime treatment - "they get away with it and punishments are not enough".
Not true. Punishment can prevent them from working specific jobs, or perhaps even most jobs available on the market. And that's just an example.
