What do you know about the new discoverings about biological characteristics on BPD?
I heard a lot about nurture in this disorder. How a trauma or abuse in childhood is thought to be the origin to develop a borderline personality.

I don’t remember being abused or lived any significant event in my childhood.
I only can say that I was and am sensitive and as much I was told off in front of people by one of my parent and I have a far memory when a baby ( I neither know if it was real) about a lack of affection and a lack of feeding.
This is a memory I recalled being an adult.

I read about brain scanners and how people with bpd has a less active amigdala.
Do you know anything else about it?
