Haven't done much exercising, I am going to walk home from my college tonight instead of taking the bus. was going to do that on the way here but ended up not having time to. I'm aiming to go to the gym tomorrow morning. I really really need to go.
This isn't related to weight loss but I am switching to decaf coffee. I am doing everything healthy thing I can to manage anxiety and stress since I am having added responsibilities. I'm taking 1 class during an 8 week semester, which is double the work of a class in half the normal time. Plus I'm volunteering Saturday for the first time in my life. So I'm trying to be proactive and do some preventative stuff to keep stress down. I have an anxiety/panic disorder too so I can't have that acting up now.
