I weigh 174 pounds. Interesting. I have been losing weight for the last week and a half. Perhaps I am overstating calories. What stands out here is my trail mix. When I make some more, I will carefully take down the nutrition information in each ingredient that I purchase, including weight, and caliculate the calories accordingly for each 1/4 cup. I will then create its own separate food entry on MFP. I will then have this nailed down. Also for now I will stick with foods that I can easily and accurately assess for calories.

Another possibility is that my watch may be actually underreporting calories burned during exercise. I will review this possibly once I get the calories from my trail mix correct. What is interesting is that I have been doing very little to no exercise over the past week, yet I still lose weight. This must be caused by something else. There is an off chance that I may be understating my activity level to MFP. I will comnsider this possibility last since I do not think this is the case. My weigh scale may be off, but I use two scales to check for inaccuracies. I think it is that trail mix!
