Watch says 13830 but they were mostly paddle strokes. Paddled 8 miles over the course of almost 3 hours. Strava put that in over 1300 calories and I only cut it back to 1000.
2869 calories. No, that's not a typo. That's the most I have had in a day since last summer. My weight has been dropping slowly, but it has been dropping. I think I will push it back toward 160 and then let it drop again. Maybe. I think I will paddle again very early Saturday or Sunday morning. Paddling hard with surplus calories should build some muscle. If I really have much surplus.
