I got incredibly ill and probably did some damage being vegan most of my 20's, so now I just focus on being dairy free, which is easy when you're lactose intolerant and extensive research on what vitamins actually work. It's all trial and error, and even though I still eat meat on occasion, I've never been a big meat eater. I don't listen to vegans and to each their own. I do believe in a predominately fresh veg and fruit diet. Everything in moderation.
I feel you on sleep and I struggle with that too. I tend to get high tolerances relatively quick, so I switch it up with various products and I'm always interested in trying new ones. Melatonin, moon drops, b vitamins with melatonin, magnesium, soursop tea (it will lower your blood pressure, but is so incredibly good for you)
I'm a bit off and on with working out, but when I'm good it's a little every day with the equip I have. I stretch every day. I'm small too, I also see results fast because of my lower body fat, so when I start to see the desired results I subconsciously think that's good enough and skip.
