So I was feeling REALLLYYYYY revved up last night, talking to my friends. er... ranting to my friends about ISPs, space exploration, and fighter jets. I think they were concerned because they asked if I was manic which IDK maybe I was, but that's irrelevant. What is relevant is that after a couple hours of ranting I started to feel this intense paranoia that I couldn't shake with coping skills. Someone was watching me from my window that I couldn't close. Things started happening in my peripheral vision and moving in front of me. Stuff was wiggling. It was unnatural. It was then that I recalled that I hadn't taken my meds that night so after doing that I returned tomy room, hiding under my desk until I was able to get to sleep for a bit. I woke up still feeling revved up but not to the extent I was last night.
What I have to ask is this: Can Lithium stabilize you like that? Or was this all just some 3 hour fluke of freakiness?
