McKell ~ Thank you for you reply - sounds like you relate to this subject alot .. Journaling after a session is a good idea ...its not like i come in with a chip on my shoulder - just tons of emotions. When he says something to me that is negative - i kinds get short with him .. because i cant deal with what i am already frrling that has nothing to do with him ..and then taking on his stress on me .
It is good you have a friend to talk to when you need someone.. i dont really have that.
