I go to a beauty school for my haircuts too, bizi! (I color at home though.) 15 years is impressive. It's only been 5 1/2 for me. $5 haircut. Can't beat it. And they're good cuts. Get hair compliments all the time. And it feels good helping them learn their craft, you know? (For anyone that's not gone that route, rest assured, they're not out there right off the bat and there are also instructors overseeing.) With my phone phobia, the hardest part is calling for an appointment. Need to do that soon. Going to color it first though...
