I might actually go over 3000 calories today. I am not even sure that will be surplus calories but I think so. Besides the paddling I did some yard work, but not that long, and a little bit of walking, but not that far. I just walked down to the neighbor hood pond and caught a few fish. Anyway, I need to stop the slow loss. I know I really need to get the average day right and not bounce between extremes (and today probably isn't as extreme as I think it is), but hopefully I will at least stop losing.
