I went to the bridal shower and ate a lot.

I call it a cheat day after all.
3 sugar cookies small. a very small two bite cup cake, lots of cheese and olives and summer sausage. and BBQ meatballs.one small chicken salad sandwich.
oh well tomorrow is another day.
