Your suggestion to go to Starbucks or Borders .. basically not go home right away - as to think about the session is a great idea!
i dont know why i never thought of that before - just so programmed to get home right away to make dinner etc... but he can make his own dinner on my session evenings.. so thanks for that thought i like that one! It would help to digest what the session was about and meditate on it.

I have alot of friends but none i can relate to on this level - its ironiic that they all come to me to spill their thoughts and i have no where to go woth mine except to T. I feel like the listen lady on the Simpsons lol.
