I'm sending you warm, gentle hugs ... a shoulder to lean on ... 2 ears to listen ... a heart full of caring ... and ! OK, ice cream doesn't belong ... or does it? There are a few of us who think ice cream and chocolate sure help ... but maybe it at least brought a smile to your face? I hope so!

Seriously, Sweetie, hang in there. I know you're trying ... and trying is the whole point sometimes. NOBODY can <u>ever</u> ask more of you than to TRY YOUR BEST!

I'm so happy you came to PC. The people here are wonderful and they'll help you! They know how much pain you must have and that "out of sorts" feeling. Have you read the "Reasons Not to ..." thread at the top of this forum section? Please do! There are some great tips there that WILL help you cope.
