A total of 595 steps. Incredible! This will change in the near future. My leg is much better, but this time I will work up to intense walking exercise. So my target is 2090 calories. I ate 2062 calories. This included a rich muffin for desert.
I have been depressed lately. I have been letting go doing anything to clean up after myself. This needs to change. I missed my lunch. I think the reason I have been feeling this way is because I have not been exercising. I think tomorrow I will walk around my townhome complex for two miles. I like it since the roads go up a bit in altitude, and then back down. This will give me some exercise.
