Sounds like an intense case of Baby Fever. Could be worthwhile exploring with your T why being around babies brings you to tears. It's not unnatural to yearn being around a baby. But I do get what you are saying about how it wasn't this intense before and now you are displaying emotions at work. It can be overwhelmingly powerful.
