Oh, thank you! I read this and remembered that I did not do the dishes after dinner - I would have gone to sleep like that and in the morning would be disappointed in myself, since I live with a very cleanliness-oriented roommate.
I experienced a surge in anxiety in the evening so it is good to recall the positive things done today:
- had lunch with a former coworker. She is underslept. I sent her the link to my sleep medicine dr's page.
- saw my PCP. We decided I would not be using stevia so heavily but instead would drink tea with a little bit of honey and would cook dried fruit compote without added sugar.
- did more flashcards, took quizzes, and read the textbook
- had a mani-pedi without color; a bliss
- read the book on the Interpersonal and Social Rhythm therapy for Bipolar (for clinicians) and following the advice on measured social interactions, emailed two friends asking if they want to get together. Did not go on a spree emailing my entire contacts list! Created a social rhythm metric spreadsheet and started filling it out.
