Like bluebicycle said, if you are asking the question, some part of you thinks it may be the right thing. And I agree, also, that the people there will decide what level of care you need after talking with you. The best thing is to be completely honest. Tell them you have the pills and that you want to try it to make sure it would work. Tell the about the entity. Tell them about the sleeping. Don't leave out anything, even if it feels scary or wrong to be talking to them, they really do want to help.
