Large cupping and increased IOP can be a sign of it but not a definite. Visual field testing is the best way to catch slight loss of peripheral vision in early stages, I’m assuming they have taken pictures of your optic nerve to compare each visit ?

You can also go in more often to have the IOP ( inter ocular pressure) checked ... what’s your # now ?
