I have a friend with M.E. who only gets three hours a day when he can get around. We tend to meet in his 'window' and then he has to rest again.

Wow, I thought I was the ONLY one who had this little "window" of time each day where I feel even close to normal and am able to get things done. During this "window" of time, I race to cram as much in as possible because I never know when the next opportunity will arrise when I feel "normal" again. If I go past this window, I seem to slump back into the anxiety/depression pit again and I'm lucky if I can even get up from my chair. I guess many of us are like that. Sometimes I can pop a pill here and there and grab some extra motivation but those times are rare and I end up running out of gas anyway.
