Anger is an emotion and is not inherently wrong. I find that when I get angry a lot that there is something in my life that is bothering me and I need to face that. Do I need to make some changes in my emotional life. Is something going on at work or home that is bothering me? Also sometimes righteous anger is called for is someone has wronged you. It’s just not good to get stuck and wallow in it.
