not meaning to bum anybody out, but the consequences to having frequent high blood sugars are grim:
Possible trigger:
sugars are a very large molecule, and they must be broken down to pass thru the tiny vessels that are the last stage before capillary action takes them to the muscles, organs and tissues. if this is not done, they tear and scar those tiny vessels, and the muscles, organs and tissues that depend on them starve~! this leads to: blindness~! neuropathy (numbness or very painful nerve stimulation); gangrene; open sores that won't heal; amputation (particularly of the toes, feet and lower legs)~! and kidney failure.
Please PLEASE take the risks seriously, and get help if you need to, to stick to a low-cal diet, high in water and vegetables~!
