I sit here with a pencil and empty page of paper before me. I've been trying since last tuesday to start this list. I'm supposed to 'try' to make a list of traumatic events I want to target in EMDR. My PTSD has gotten worse this year and we are finally gonna work on trauma.
This is so hard. I don't wanna even think about how many things happened to me. How many do I write down???? What do I ignore?
I'm just gonna start writing and see where my mind goes.
