When I have to bring them to work, I put a small container right in the bag with my almonds that I always eat at break time. That way I can't miss them. Otherwise I am terrible at remembering off times (alarm doesn't work so well for that because I don't always take my break at the same time.)

Took my am meds. I am aiming to be very very diligent.
I have been on sick leave recently, and one of the improvements we made to my treatment was more Lithium taken at 2pm. I am frequently away from home at this time, for treatment or shopping, so I take my pill box with me. That's also why I found my pillbox in the truck after I lost it- complete with a Latuda pill worth $60. I may have to find a pillbox that will affix to a belt.

I worry about the heat in my pocket and the pills falling out, but keeping them on me lets me check if I've taken my pills. It's kind of an anxious habit it's saved me a few times. I have had to take my pills at the GP and at my therapists office so far to, haven't had it go off at the pdoc.
