Are you on the smallest dose of Cymbalta? If so, maybe could try that. (I was on it at one point but forget how to He dosing worked). Or I wonder if it could be worth trying it without the gabapenriin? Maybe it’s a he combo that’s the issue. I recall feeling similar to how I feel when I take Tylenol on Cymbalta, though I was on it for anxiety/depression, not pain.
