I hated my job that I just started. Mostly the work environment and how belittling and uncomfortable I felt due to bosses and coworkers. People were mean if I messed something up even though I was left alone to do my job on my third day and they knew I was new. Everyone made weird sexual jokes and I didn't mind it from coworkers but when it started coming from the bosses, I was so uncomfortable. I've never done this but I called in and quit saying I won't be coming back. I feel bad that they'll be lacking one person but at the same time, I didn't do much there anyway. I feel like I can learn to like the busy work of a job but I can't change my personality to fit into an environment that's not me. Anyway, just wanted to commiserate. Has anyone done this or wanted to?
