Yes, that's right MattBell^ As you know, the therapists are very accepting in many ways, so explain to the therapist that you feel as if you're just going around in circles, that you feel hopeless and suicidal, that you need them to tell you directly what to do, how to overcome these thoughts and feelings. I've been in a similar situation and so I know what that's like, yes.

Stay very strong in your spirit MattBell and as soon as those negative thoughts begin to appear, try to let them go. Tell yourself, 'bleh, there's no point even thinking it' or something like that, and then focus on something you like doing. Let the thoughts go. I'm sorry, that's my only advice, but I believe you can push through this. Big power hug to you.
