I tend to act out when I need help but don't want to ask. It has never worked for me. I expect someone to notice, but no one ever does, not even my therapist (except one time, but then I lied to her anyway, so it was pointless).
My point is, I'm glad you sent an email. That will be much more helpful. Asking for help is so scary but you won't regret doing so.
