Thank you all for the concern.

I ended up writing to my therapist that I couldn’t manage to meet with her. She became very concerned. So two policemen came by my door this morning to make sure I was okay and they drove me to her.

I’ve never had that happen before. I feel a bit ashamed and shocked by the experience. I know they all mean well and want to protect me. Still it’s a bit embarrassing. I hope no one in my neighborhood saw.
