I weigh 176 today. Probably from my overages in the recent past. Tomorrow’s exercise should help to take care of this. I will try to not be concerned with the one pound gain. Today I am going to take it easy with much of the time off my feet.
BTW I have been exercising in 105 degree weather. This started to get a bit much, so I now have been exercising in the morning before the high of the day. The only problem now are sunburns.
