16025 steps. I walked 8 miles tonight. I logged it but then edited it to accept only 400 calories (mmw tried to give me 876) over a base of 1550 I set to get a reasonable deficit. I wasn't going to log it at all, but since I did 2 hours instead of just 1 I figured I would take some of it.

1946 calories. I couldn't resist the last, kind of large, piece of key lime pie. I logged it as 2 pieces of Edward's pie. Still came up just under goal. Lots of junk, lots of fruit, but some salad, green beans and protein.

Tomorrow there will be no pie, much more limited snacking and hopefully paddling that I might not log just to make sure I have erased the pie.
