@UpDownAround: Yes, it will be easier for me now that I do not have any pie left. However, I do have a couple pounds of my homemade trail mix. I have been successfully avoiding that trap...so far.
You need to sit down for this. I made an unbelievable, astonishing, and stupendous accomplishment of a whole 628 steps today. I am NOT missing a trailing zero here. I stood off of my feet for almost all of the day, except to have a blood test taken. I did not exercise today. This makes for a target of 2090. I have consumed 2090 calories. How about that! It must be an omen.
Tomorrow, if my leg is up to it, I will try to exercise some, perhaps for two miles around my complex. After a warmup. I want to start out running to see how far I can get before becoming exhasted. Then I will slow down to a brisk pace for the rest of the walk. My watch evaluates my fitness level after each exercise. Hopefully I can move it up a point doing this.
