The guy that responded with "move to Florida" in a way was right when the depression is situational like mine was. It wasn't until I got out if the environment that was actually the cause of the depression it would have only become worse rather than leaving & being able to heal.

Depression is vwry complex & sometimes we have no idea that our living environment is what is causing depression or keeping it at an elevated level. Sometimes we don't see it until we are out of it....."can't see the forest for the trees"
