My sleep issues are getting worse and I don’t know why. I think it might be stress but it seems like I’m having an issue every night. I’ve been sleep walking, having audio and visual hallucinations and sleep eating. I literally ate an entire spaghetti dinner Thursday night.
What types of sleep disorders are there? I think I might need to get a sleep study done. But after my current bills are paid off.
Usually I know I’m not actually sick and that it’s all in my head or anxiety, but I’m positive I have some sort of sleep disorder. How do sleep studies work?
I mean, if my anxiety is causing sleep issues it’s still a sleep disorder right? I’ve never had a positive test. It’s all been negative except a few blood tests in my life. I think this test might be positive. I just don’t know how they work.
