It sounds like a dominance issue. I agree that he should be fixed (this is why I never get male dogs). My friend brings her male over that’s been fixed since he was 6 months old and he lifts his leg on everything. The sprays work, but only for a couple of days. I think that your best bet is to train him that he’s not allowed in your room at all. Put up a baby gate in front of the door to prevent him from getting in.

If he's trainable, it should be enough to let him know he's not welcome in there. We had a wonderful Rott that all we had to do was put up a piece of cardboard and she knew that she wasn't allowed in that room.

My female Yorkie has peed on my bed when she's mad at me. She'll wait till I'm walking in the room and pee right in front of me. Which is good so that it only goes as far as the mattress pad before the bedding is ripped off the bed.

Have you brought a new pet in the house or changed your routine? A well exercised dog is less likely to misbehave, he might be mad at you or just bored.
