Terrible anxiety and hopelessness. My therapist has been really worried about me

Do you recommend doing it? I’m just a bir afraid of seeing myself even more like a “failure”.
I've done it over a decade ago, for one month. It goes from person to person, but if I had to do it again, it would have to be for a shorter period. Nowadays, I feel like it was a necessary experience that provided me safety while taking meds (the reason why you want to go), but at the same time, I felt a bit alienated from society. I'm glad that I went there, though. Failure has NEVER crossed my mind, and you too shouldn't feel like a defeated person because you didn't fail; on the contrary, you are a fighter, a true warrior. Give yourself credit for thinking about your well-being, you know that it takes a lot of strength to do that.
Let us know what you decide to do, and don't be afraid to ask questions and inquire about the place.
