No exercise today. Raining. I plan to paddle the next two afternoons; hopefully 3 hours of hard paddling each night and not increasing intake much for it.
Another day going way over. 2228 calories. I am going to crack down the next couple of days and then try to get back to normal.
I will weigh in the morning. Could be brutal, but I know the actual gain is probably only in the half pound range.
