I weigh 174 today. I am thinking of light exercise by walking around my complex. Nothing much. Then I will know the condition of my leg. Recently I have been eating frosted mini wheats for breakfast. This is how lazy I have become.
Update: I forgot to post this message even though I had it typed up since this morning. I have been doing some errands placing more weight on my injured leg. It still hurts, but it is becoming manageable. I will walk up to a couple blocks before the day ends.
