Just to update: my depression truly started to lift when I started snap club in oct 2015. By Jan 2016 I was significantly improving and now I might occasionally feel down, but I don't suffer the depression that landed me in the hospital that year. I believe snapping helped me to start moving forward in my recovery. Please just try it with an open mind - there really is nothing to lose but your feelings of depression.
