I have a wedding to go to next week. I’m not usually scheduled on The Weekends and I’m taking time off a few weeks from now, so I didn’t take the day off. I looked at the schedule when it came out, and I happened to be scheduled on the day of the wedding. Yesterday I asked my manager if I could work a different shift that day since I wouldn’t have a ride until the middle of the afternoon. My manager said to me “don’t you want to go to this wedding?” She then switched me to a different day. I’m really impressed with work right now.
