I paddled 8.6 miles in a little over 3 hours. Strava gave me over 1200 calories for that and I edited it back to 900. Over 100 calories to the mile is very believable on my slow SUP that glides poorly.
I had 2424 calories, which came in under my 1550 + 900 goal. Should be a slight deficit day despite some heavy lunch due to a birthday at work. Some really good strawberry cheesecake. Going to get back on track tomorrow. I plan to paddle again.
