make sure you tell them your heart is racing, you cannot control it, and it hurts and you are light=headed and going to pass out......that should get you seen right away.

I have a similar issue and do not wait in waiting rooms.
You have to tell them you are in danger, and because you are young, not to underestimate the heart condition you have.

Be forthright and bold.
